Jaime is a Chicago-based registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience in the food and nutrition sphere. As a registered dietitian, her focus is on intuitive eating, plant-based nutrition, and gut health. Her love of food has expanded her professional career into recipe development and food photography which has positioned her with brands such as Wasa, Forager, Organifi, and Fresh Thyme Market.


Jaime earned a bachelor of arts in economics from Rollins College and a bachelor of science in dietetics from Kansas State University. A combined business and nutrition background has led to Jaime's success in food and nutrition entrepreneurship.
