  • His popular blog, which eventually evolved into a satirical cookbook, was praised by The New York Times, Time, The Associated Press, CNBC, and Saveur.


Erik is an accomplished travel, food, and spirits writer, whose credits include VinePair, Epicurious, Wine Enthusiast, Thrillist, Lonely Planet, and National Geographic. He contributed to Tasting Corner in 2022.
