Adam has been writing about food, wine, spirits, and restaurants for the last 10 years for outlets including The Daily Meal, Edible, CultureMap, HuffPost, and others. He has interviewed multiple subjects for his podcast, Road Hungry, including chef Maria Mazon, Don Guerra, and Chris Bianco.

Education

Adam holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Florida State University where he also taught composition, creative writing, and English literature.
